Thanks for the info. What area of the country are you running? Is the load board a pita as far as getting loads to confirm? Did you go with a new truck or a used truck?

I do, however, love what I've seen so far.
Quick synopsis:
Pros.....
- rate/ mile is a hellluvalot better
- drop & hook galore
- live load/ unloads I've done....30 minutes
- light freight
- larger fuel discount at PFJ. Some discount at all the other chains, but better off with PFJ (currently $0.28, changes every 2weeks)
- although trailer age is up to 15 years old, haven't had an issue yet. They stay on top of that crap.
- haven't spoken to or received a qcomm msg since i started driving
- 100% do what i want, when i want. Schneider will never make me do something
- drop yards ALL OVER THE COUNTRY
- OCs - operating centers all over the country with shops, showers, lounges, and some even have cafeterias
- no coloring bubbles on trip sheet
Cons:
- they have a no phone while driving policy, even with blue tooth.
- ugly orange trailer
- writing the word S C H N E I D E R. JCT was muck easierkanidana Thanks this. -
No phone? Unless there is a camera facing you how would they know? Swift said no phones too but everyone ignored that crap lol.

IWX had that, never really heard of anyone who had to turn over their records. Then again they also had a "Always in the Right lane no passing ever" rule. See how well THAT is enforced.
