Swift was - was because they went back to hands free allowable - lightly enforced. If they called and you were driving, they would ask you to call back, once you stopped.

Schneider I understand to be no tolerance.

 

they make you sign all kings of crap in regards to phone use.
They are very safety conscience... nothing wrong with that

 

Sure there's a simple solution to that... A lot of us when I was over there would use our phones just never have your headset on when you're going anywhere near an OC

 

Common sense would prevail in these situations. I've seen guys on their phones for sure, but if you're stupid enough to bust yourself, then you probably deserve the outcome.

 

Do they have cameras in the IC trucks?

 

I come home probably 1 day a week because I have 2 young rugrats at home and I like to spend a day with them if I can do it. But I do spend up to 2 weeks out if I have to but only if I have to. I do like the program and if you want to talk p.m me and I will send you my number.

 

I have been parked at an O/C and seen drivers come through gate (company and I/C) with headset on.

 

I have been in Charlotte and some of the I/C trucks have a forward facing camera (at least that's what I was told) but mine doesn't.

 

Left a little early to get to Terrell, Tx to take into account traffic delays through DFW. And of course ran into no delays. Ran straight through DFW without a single a delay and now parked 10 miles from WM because I'm 2 hours early.
