The one thing with the fuel I have noticed is since I left Schneider and went to Mercer and I get better discounts at all the chains I have been primarily fueling at TA and loves and my fuel filter does not fill up anymore compared to when I filled up Pilot Flying J my fuel stays below the glass in my davco filter and when I have fueled a few times at Pilot my fuel started to rise in it which leads me to believe that Pilots tanks are dirty

Man, these hurricanes are crazy this year. First, Texas with Cat 4 Harvey, now Florida with Cat 4 Irma, and Jose is expected to be Cat 4-5 and head for NYC.

I'm not a reefer driver, but if it's the one I'm thinking about, yes, you can park on the shoulder. If you can't, once you cross Almonaster, you can take the very next left (it's an unnamed road). It will deadend. Plenty of room to turn around and you can park on that shoulder, with all of the dry vans lined up for the beer distributor. Look at Crescent Crown, Almonaster Ave, on a satellite view and you will see the no-named street I'm telling you about. I'm thinking just south of there is NOCS because I've seen Tyson trucks parked on the shoulder on Jourdan from time to time.

When you leave, if you plan on taking Jourdan to Almonaster to the truckstop/I-310, use as much of the road as you can when turning right from Jourdan to Almonaster. There is a huge hole, usually filled with water so you can't tell how deep it is, and if you get in it with your trailer, you will think you are going to turn the trailer over as you drag it out the other side.

I haven't been to the tracy ca safeway dc in a long time, but last time I was there they allowed you to park in the staging area the night before your appointment...not anymore. It's 2 hours prior and they tell you to park on the street that has no parking signs every where.
I got in there about 2100 and there were trucks lined up all the way down the no parking street. I turned around and headed back to the rest area at 580 junction. I'm now going to have to do an 8 hour split to make otd and avoid that 500 dollar late fee.

Good to hear bud. I just passed an electrical truck convoy heading east through Oklahoma. Pretty sure every boom truck in America will soon be in Texas or Florida. :)

Glad to hear. From I hear on the radio this morning there are about 3 million people without power right now.
