So ends my streak of 1000.00+ settlements due to timing. Started on June 7th Ends on Sept 13. 14 settlements.. Only my 7th time under 1000 this year. I swear this 17 Cascadia just creates profit.

Now time for the end of the quarter push and push into the holidays.

    MachoCyclone and CannonballAA Thank this.

Still just over half a month to go and I'm already at 26k for the quarter. Should be no problem hitting the 30k mark before then for the 3rd quarter in a row.

It's also nice having my APU fully functional again. Already got my MPG back up to 7.48mpg. It had gone down to around 6.8mpg while my APU was down for almost 2 months and having to idle to stay cool because it was just to #### hot outside. Just goes to show how much of a difference having the APU makes.

I was going through my Important Docs folder and realized I the last time I downloaded monthly reports of my logs was in March. So, went ahead and got April through August downloaded.

And I really should delete emails more often. I just deleted 11,000 emails. LOL.

I was just on the JCT home page (had to download the past few settlements) and they did remove the link to the rates they paid to drivers with own authority. So, I guess sending emails to driver services actually does work from time to time for changes.

    Kamkor Thanks this.

@Kamkor were you able park at NOCS, did you end up on the shoulder at the beer joint or did you do something else?

    Kamkor Thanks this.

I pulled up short in Gulfport and came in this morning. Doesent matter, been here for 8.5 hours anyways, product probably going to be refused because it was to be hard frozen not 26, as it was stated on BOL, dispatch order, and on the paperwork I signed and initialed.

I'm sure parking out front of NOCS would work just fine though.

Well, this sucks. Told them 2 days ago and again early this morning that I'm going into an area with zero parking. I will have lots of hours after delivery tonight and that I needed a preplan that I can continue driving after I'm done.

    And......nothing.

Just locate a Blue Beacon somewhere far away, and request a route change to there for a "Washout", get paid to find parking.

Yeah that's happened to me a couple of times. Same scenario...I ask and nothing. So I dh to parking and pray to the load gods.
At least you all make consistent good money. I sat for 8 days on a 2000 mile 2 stopper with 24 hours detention pay....hopefully. Wouldn't let me drop or swap it.

Never thought of that. Does it work most of the time?

    Friday 1st September.
    South Coast baking, Springdale, AR.
    Arrived 8:18 am
    Unloaded 5:30 pm.
No detention and they couldn't care less.
On my avoid list pinned just above my head over the drivers seat.
They will never do that to me again and before you ask no the money was not particularly good.

    MachoCyclone Thanks this.
