I would then go to loves and ask to print it. Or I would wait till I got home. Depends on how long before I went home.

The truck wash at the drop yard in Haines City, FL no longer does after hour washouts. Dispatch asked if there a clean empty, but both empties are dirty and red tagged for no brakes on one and multiple light issues on the other.

Gotta have a clean empty for Umatilla. Looks like I'm going to San Antonio for the closest Blue Beacon. Walmart in Arcadia left the trailer an absolute mess and a sweep won't be good enough.

"Investigators also say Guilford violated federal regulations while working as a cross-country truck driver in the weeks leading up to the crash, including falsifying his work logs. He also failed to take the mandated 34-hour rest period before making another cross-country trip on Oct. 19, according to the arrest declaration.

It adds, however, Guilford is not the person most at fault for the crash, an indication that investigators believe the driver of the tour bus was also at fault."
The truck driver is going to be charged due to the falisifying his logs. and the article does point out that the person most at fault was the bus driver.

CRAP! I Forgot to take my mandated 34 too!

Yeah I know, its the whole "If your logs were correct you wouldent have been there" thing. But still, getting charges after being slammed into by a speeding (76 mph as point of impact, there were tire marks so probably faster), by a bus that has 4 of 8 tires that were low enough for the bus to be out of service, by a driver who cant tell the difference between moving and non moving traffic....seems just bleh.
