Better than what I do..I put the first one just the way you described up against the stack. The second one I put further back near the doors.

Some people seem to hoard them too. I've been a couple of times where I've done a swap and the other driver has a full rack of them plus another three or four between his top fairings and a couple on his bottom fairing and a couple more on his frame rails on the catwalk bungied down.

Enough load locks to hold back the world.

    MachoCyclone and CannonballAA Thank this.

I've done that but it's not because I'm collecting them. Seems like the less I care about load locks the more I get.
I mean I'm not going to throw them in the woods. lol

    Kamkor Thanks this.

What you don't think squirrels and chipmunks need load locks to hold back their nut storage?

    MachoCyclone and CannonballAA Thank this.

I'm pretry sure that no here done it, but there ain't no rEason except pure laziness to drop an empty trailer here in Ft Worth without making sure it's full of fuel and clean.

Only available trailer was dropped dirty and with half a tank of fuel. Which now I have to deal with in the am. I made a fuss about it to night dispatch and will do so again in the am with my DM/Planner. I hope they charge the driver the $75 I'm too lazy fee.

    CannonballAA Thanks this.

No joke, considering you can fuel it right there at the corner store....you don't even need to get authorization....

    CannonballAA and MachoCyclone Thank this.

I'm pretty sure the other person won't be charged, but that won't stop me from raising a stink about it with HQ.

    Kamkor Thanks this.

I was going edit my previous post, but @Kamkor thanked it first so, here is what I wanted to add:

And with the Fort Worth being a major hub for JCT, the local/ Texas only guys don't have time to dick around with crap like this.

Hey I still would have thanked it!!!

And honestly no driver really has time to dick around with stuff like that. You expect certain things, like an Empty at a drop yard to have fuel, a clean box, and 8 good tires. Longer I'm here the more I'm realizing, "Expect the worst, plan for worst".

    CannonballAA and MachoCyclone Thank this.
