Want to add that Coopersburg & Liberty Kenworth is my favorite KW shop I've ever been too. Even with all the problems.
Everyone there was intune to my problems. The genuinely felt bad about not being able to figure out what was going on at first kept me informed of the ongoing developments and what Paccar support was guiding them to do.
I'm still mad but glad it's getting fixed finally.
