But it's up now. They just sent me the hand holding message to confirm I'm capable of doing my job. They need to have Tyson call and verify OTL (On Time Loading) the day before.

 

Probably wouldn’t get hand holding messages, if certain drivers didn’t require hand holding. I stopped be offended by the “are you ok for delivery?” messages I get EVERY load. Even though I’m never late, always on time, every time..I still get those. Meh..I’m sure JCT would rather not hold our hands, but too many mouth breathers think square tires are cool and alarm clocks are for heathens.

 

So true...8 years never late. Yet still have to let them know lol.
