Ok one... I think it would be closer to unlawful search and seizure... But..

Two.... It's not the state doing it. private companies can do what they want within reason. Which is why you can be fired for posting stuff they don't like.

Three... I'm sure it would only apply to the three diamonds leasing trucks. If it does at all. Which at this point it's only rumor for the older trucks.

 

I'll go elsewhere as well. Just because.

Came to JCT instead of going to Walmart for great money because I'm not into companies who want to play big brother.

Guess I'm not really worried about them fitting old trucks though. Seems like that's a stretch.

 

What's up with breakdown these days? Seems as more time goes by hold times get longer, almost got the light replaced at ta before I got to a person at breakdown lol

All right ladies and gentlemen I've got bad news..

I did a swap with a driver who had a 2016 Peterbilt. New driver.

He had the camera system installed. On a P letter truck.
they were told that every truck
coming through the yard is getting the camera system installed.

As explained before the camera monitors your head position not your eyes he said he had his head turned chewing on his fingernail but still looking down the road in the system went off on him. He said he's had his head slightly tilted scratching the back of his head and the system went off on him.

The system also includes a camera for the windshield looking out.

it's a two piece infrared sensor 1 on the a-pillar one on the dashboard with a camera mounted to the dashboard looking dead at you.

Don’t know how many drivers JCT will lose over this stupid system, but they’re going to lose at least one. Me.

 

I'm so depressed now. This was the dream gig for me. Freedom and ok money. Take the freedom away and so many companies do money better.
Going to miss this place.
