GPS: Trust me...
Ok..
CannonballAA, Rugerfan and Jarhed1964 Thank this. -
Ha! Did that on my 4th solo load at TMC as a newb. Went down the wrong road in TX that turned to dirt, then disappeared completely. I had to back a split axle Benson flatbed almost 6 miles to the road.
Kamkor Thanks this. -
Yeah I did that too when I first was getting my experience at Werner, I learned then what I know now: NEVER EXPLICITLY TRUST A GPS. Learned the hard way but no harm no foul after I got out of the situation.
The pictures I sent though, all joking aside, was a detour set up by Kansas Highway Patrol due to an accident, down farm roads between Greensburg and Pratt. Just looks like something you'd see in a "STPUID GPS LED ME DOWN A DIRT ROAD" thread.CannonballAA, Jarhed1964 and MachoCyclone Thank this. -
Just don't leave use hanging. What happened afterwards? Back out for 20 miles, failed u turn, etc....
