Running with JCT, Part Deux

Can you imagine an old time trucker reading all that, who only knew paper logs, and asking himself, What the hell has happened? Have we been invaded from Politically Correct Martians who only live to confuse and frustrate hard working people? What have we come to?? Hell, I've been at it 18 years and I'm asking the same questions...

I'm looking for any info anyone may have on a type of sun blocker, visor thing I've been seeing in trucks lately. These cover the top 6" or so of windshield and side windows, they appear to be inside of truck. I don't know if these are a film or something rigid. I've had no luck finding these on internet and am interested in them.

 

I use a coat hanger with the pant clips from the Super 8. Got a small towel on it and slide it around on truck curtains track .
Its one of my greatest inventions. lol

 

Got another question, this one concerning Taylor Farms in Dallas. Is there a window of time when we can drop? Or can we drop 24/7 ?

 

The day of your scheduled delivery from 8am to 8pm.

Just a FYI for everyone, we dropped our loaded trailer at Taylor Farms at 0500 today, one day early. Apparently it is a 24/7 drop for us.

 

Good to know. Me and the other Texas only guys usually only pickup the empties from there. So, we go by what others tell us for drops.
