Running with JCT, Part Deux

I'm just being screwed with at this point ....

In the past week and a half I've been swapped off a load had a load cancel on me got another load that swapped, sat a day told I was going to get a Mira Loma load that's nice and light comes out to 40,000 while the driver behind me gets the light load... Hook up to the trailer no upper marker lights...

All because I helped out....

 

No good deed....

 

Anyone here ever been or know someone that was confused on weather a truck was an Amazon truck or a Prime truck? No? Prime, Inc thinks so. I hope the courts shuts this down and fines Prime for the wasting the courts time.

What's a stupid about it is prime claims we been using the name since the eighties but yet they didn't file for any trade marks Amazon dead and now they wanted turn around and tell Amazon that they can't use it because people might be confused.... Prime is picking a fight with a company they don't wanna pick a fight with

 

I think Prime is trying to strike first ... Because eventually Amazon is going to sue to make Prime change thier name, since Amazon owns the trademark ... That'll probably be Amazon's countersuit anyway.

 

My wife,( who has been a driver for seven years now), still makes that mistake. She will make references about an Amazon trailer she sees in front of us as if she thinks a Prime truck is pulling it. Odd, as she has had an Amazon Prime account forever it seems.
Imagine seeing a Prime truck pulling an Amazon trailer, lol.

 

JCT is now hiring for a mechanic in Sapulpa if anyone is looking to get out of driving. They just posted the opening on their Facebook page.

 

$15 an hour what a joke... That's for about the truck mechanics and reefer Tech...
