Ok I have a new spreedsheet that helps you know if your settlements are on spot and also helps keep track of everything in one sheet. If you want a copy send me your email via PM and ill send it as soon as can.

 

You can also get one from Laura Watkins. There is a manual version (which you have to add numbers up yourself) or an auto version (which you put numbers such as miles, # of stops, fuel gallons, price per gallon, etc.) Which will add up everything and figures variable payment and fixed costs and will give you a net take home amount exactly to the penny.

 

Mine does all the math. And it also compares what you put in to your settlement so you can see if you or they missed something.

 

I made one kind of like that lets me put in up to three trips, gives me profit per trip and overall cpm profit.... Which is depressing to look at...
