That's the first time I ever heard it happening. I had to go back once because they forgot to put one pallet on a sealed trailer.

Worst I've had is Tyson putting a JCT load in a Covenant trailer for drop and hook and shipping was gone for the night, had to wait for them to move it over, then since they put it into our trailer "backwards" the lazy way the weights were all screwed up.

I had a forklift driver thru the front wall of a dry van when I worked at swift.

I once had a shipper leave the fork lift in my trailer. Guy came out gave me the bills and said I was good to go. I go to put load locks in and to close the doors and find the fork lift in the trailer.

I go back in said and said that the bills are wrong. They asked how and I said the fork lift isn't listed on the bills. We all have a good laugh about it and they take the fork lift back.

I bet you could have sold the forklift for at least 20 bucks if you were in Houston LOL

Still working great. Life of truck MPG still holding at 8.27 thru end of the year. I know the new trucks can get more and everyone in a 16 should be, but considering that my 14 isn't geared for economy, I'm very pleased with my investment.
I may get a new 17 when they come in the springtime, but that Comfort Pro is a deal breaker.

Even tho the Petes and KWs have same engines, the Petes seem to be getting better fuel economy at around 8.5+ MPG. I don't know if slowing down in those will yield better results or not as I've heard contradicting stories from drivers.
