You are more bold than I am. I can't take the risk right now, my financial situation is still recovering from the weeks I spent job hunting. I'm glad you put yourself out there like that. I just wish I could do the same.

If they were to tell me to drive excessively oor to fuel their trl at my xtra expense.. They'd not only have the trl back, but their trk back too...you drivers need to take a serious stand and put the screws to christner over this...
Saturday, CannonballAA and Steel Tiger Thank this. -
Don't know how many of you look at the John Christner Trucking page on Facebook, but I just posted on there informing management of their poor communication regarding this new program.
You should never be afraid to speak up for something. RIGHT IS RIGHT, WRONG IS WRONG, PERIOD.
I strongly urge each of you to communicate with your DM if you know, or even think you may run into a particular situation. In the meantime, I will continue to ride JCT until they either inform ALL of us of details or go back to allowing us to fuel at any diesel stop.

Finally, the Hawaiian has come back ton discuss JCT...lol
I have heard about the new reefer fuel situation there. Ultimately, they're running a business, lease ops and owner ops are running a business. I think everyone has different needs there. I would probably end up just fueling at pfjs. My logic is, and keep in mind I left JCT in September for more, I used to run my log book so tight at jct that I don't know that a few cents less would be worth me stopping an additional time to get fuel for my tractor. Those that know how I used to run there will probably understand where I'm coming from. I didn't waste time while I was on the road. Run 11, sleep 10. That's how I used to run.drloveofdfw and MachoCyclone Thank this. -
Went into W&B here in Fort Worth yesterday to have a broken fan belt replaced. Got that done only to find that the water pump on the unit was leaking. Since I was going anyway anytime soon, ok the ok from breakdown for them to the warranty replacement of the water pump. They had to order it, and it came in this morning. Got it replaced and also found out that some of the APU's have a 4000 hour warranty and some have a 6000 hour warranty. This is on the Carrier APU's. I got lucky and mine has the 6000 hour warranty. Not sure how to tell them apart and if all of the one's JCT get have the 6000 hour warranty or not. Just something to be aware of once your unit reaches 4000 hours. That could be the end of the warranty.

Also, the difference in warranties may be by batch of trucks. One batch of the 15s has this, next batch has that. Same with the 16s? I'm just guessingMachoCyclone Thanks this. -
Just found out JCT took down my post on their page. Guess they don't like the truth. Pisses me off to be honest. Seems all they want on that page is pictures of trucks. It used to be a source of information. I can understand them removing the complaining, slamming, and negative posts, but that wasn't mine.
