Might have to check that out. Did you do it yourself?

Wear bound 80 is now closed at Laramine. Glad I have me a spot.

There are a couple of different strategies different ppl use. One I would suggest you COMPLETELY ignore is whatever JCT suggests as they don't have what's best for the driver in mind.

This is nothing new this time of year. Customers are usually the ones that set appointments based upon availability. Extra time is also added to compensate for the weather.
This is not always the case tho.

Yeah my last load out of CA to IL had a 6 day away delivery date. I dumped it in OK and picked up one heading out to Phoenix. This isn't my first winter rodeo, but it is my first time doing it with super single tires. The tires took the 18 mile 4-6% grade down I-17 like a champ.

With all the snow, ice, and 40mph winds my ride out here was interesting to say the least.

Wonder if I could get away with going to OKC with it and drop, under the guise of wanting to take 35 north instead of the 54. It's going to north Platte Walmart.

Wow! I really don't know what to say about this. I hate see you guys going through this crap. I myself have been gone from JCT since September of 2014 (thank you John Malory and the CHP). I try to keep up with what's going on since I did start this thread. I do remember saying pfj wasn't the cheapest in town, except in the Phoenix area when the loves is 20 miles away.
Even where I'm currently at, that statement still holds true even with my discount. Keep your chins up and bond together to win the fight for your right to fuel where you want. In the end it's your business, your time and your money.

Best of luck to all of you!

    Saturday and MachoCyclone Thank this.
