I feel the same way. But you can still raise concerns and gripes about things that's how things get better. I try to focus on the good aspects. I still like the place. The bank account likes the place. There's things that stink a bit when you sniff closer but at least they seem to be listening to at least one of us.

Will I still persue the outside card for fuel even with the 15 cents... Maybe... I'm stubborn like that.

But like I said before, with everything fleets nowadays are covering for their contractors while still paying higher or giving raised, the "but look at all they give you" argument is flattening.

A yearly longevity bonus would be nice honestly. Maybe another penny on the safety bonus every year or something.

Yes it does, but when you arent responsible for the tax drivers at JCT purchase their fuel for cost in states like Oklahoma, Indiana, Oregon etc with minimal fuel tax cost hence the lower cost for fuel, and JCT picks up the cost of you guys driving in states like California, Pennsylvania with tax rates over .40-60 cpm. They arent profiting much off the rebate when you consider that.

 

That makes some sense.
