@Kamkor I would call ask for directions just to be sure and also explain that you are not a local box truck. That you are a 75ft long tractor trailer and you cannot fit on that road. I would also contact my DM and be like WTF with this delivery.

I'm willing to get that the consigned will still say they get trucks in there all the time.

Best of luck to you on that.

Yeah directions on QC say you have to call someone there 30 min prior. I had my DM look at it on Maps while on the phone and he's like what in the world....he's getting with planning.

Also it's two pallets... The total load is two pallets. From Casa Grande to St Louis... I'd love the light load but something aint right.

Wow what a nightmare stop. Just looked it up on street view, Cars illegally parked everywhere also.
But what a sweet ride to St. Louis....

So apparently before you get to that drop you give them a call and they meet you with a box truck and just cross the load over from your trailer to their truck. Also my second stop cancelled so I am indeed taking two pallets from Arizona 2 St Louis. Franklin Foods is pissed about it.

So, you just tell them what truck stop you're at?

Don't blame them for being pissed. That's product they made and nowhere to store it.

Basically. Just go to a big enough place and call em up.

Yeah they said this is the second time it's happened. Guy looked heated about it.

My gripe about the carrier apu is pretty limited to lack of inverter. That and no seperate bunk heater. If that apu goes down you lose hotel power along with heat. You can idle to get ac and heat off the main truck system but not power to cook meals.

That and if you use high heat and sometimes high ac, you can't use hotel power since the generator is having to push the electric compressor or electric resistance heater.

Would be nice if shore power was installed because you could run ac and heat off the plug at some places but I'm assuming that option won't be installed.
