Running with JCT, Part Deux

Thanks for the info. I can't see down into my tanks due to the filters that block the tank. I'm definitely getting a scanguage ASAP.

 

Ewwww. Yeah mine did that in a Cascadia because the little sticker that's under the fuel neck somehow made it in my tank. (Probaby hitched a ride on the bottom of the fuel cap). SO it wrapped around the pickup. So the truck only drank from the passenger side but returned to both sides. Eventually the passenger side went bone dry, the driver side had fuel, and I was stranded right before going down Cabbage.

 

I had a vent tube get clogged once. But I was able to fix it myself.

 

I had fuel coming OUT of the vent tubes because I thought I just ran out of fuel being stupid, so I topped the tanks after I got road called. And the fuel kept going into my driver tank and out the vent....expensive dirty lesson.

 

He was in my orientation and yes his body was high and yet lowered the next day. I also shared my concern about his meds and lack of taking them. People like this will be weeded out. I'm trying to remember his name but I may be able to see if safety remembers since he was last to test due to his glasses. Claimed greyhound lost his bags

 

Gotta love 9k loads I'm getting 9.8mpg

 

I've had those loads on a couple of occasions. Usually picks up at a walmart in southern california and delivers in plainview texas. I wish they were the norm not the exception. I'm still here waiting on a 44k load going to Florida. I will have waited sixty hours by midnight tonight between empty call and loaded call, assuming they get to me by the end of the JBS window.

 

Coca cola once had me take a single pallet 500 miles

 

Holy crap. I would have been on the horn after 34 telling them to get me a new load. 60 hours is just insane.
