Has anyone else noticed these obviously newer trucks with the (L) removed from the truck #? These trucks have all the JCT logos as well as the Three Diamond logos. So I wonder if the drivers are removing the (L) to look different or cool or whatever, or do they actually own their trucks already?

I think that they are removing it. I could be wrong though. Unless JCT changed it, the drivers that own the truck have an LO at the beginning of the truck number.

That was my thinking. I've seen several here lately ranging between 3400-3500ish (truck#s). My truck is in the low 3500 range and I definitely have L's on my hood.

If those drivers are changing the decals to suit them jct I would think would have something to say about it...I mean something completely different..

They blew off from driving so fast. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Lol

I don't really like the idea of our trucks looking like company trucks anyway. A simple Leased To: John Christner Trucking sticker would suffice.

    crxdc Thanks this.

Yeah, like Swift L/Os. Then again, we are "renting with option to buy".
