Here's something.......make sure you scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN. Sometimes there's more stuff after the 1st net amount.

Naw. There's only 2 ways to get them. Directly from me or Laura Watkins.

Laura usually only gives out the blank version, where you fill in the blanks and have to manually do the math.
Mine have the formulas for calculations so all you have to do is input some numbers and everything is calculated including fixed costs. It'll give you your settlement account to the penny.
It also calculates the maintenance and EFS amounts.

OK I got it squared away, you were right I had overmisunderestimated my due mileage. Plus yahoo is having a problem with the docs. I forwarded the settlement email to my gmail account and could see the settlement then. I see they did not reimburse me for one of my washouts but then again I see I did not include the washout receipt because I cannot find it in in the trip scan or the truck anywhere.
