I would say no. It's a completely redesigned truck, inside and out. Freightliner was talking about replacing my dash on my '17 and it was gonna cost $1400. I can imagine what that new dash would cost.

No one can figure it why my fuel gauge is off so much. Those aren't individual gauges, it's an entire panel behind that plate.
They've already replaced the fuel sending unit twice

Does your Qualcomm match your fuelgauge?

The angle is a bit off, its really dead on the 3/4 line...

Never looked at that....didn't even know that was there.

My gauge is approx 1/4 tank off. Gauge reads dead on E. ECM says fuel used is 135 gallons. Fill up tank and I put 145 gallons. Have pics of every instance as back up and Freightliner is dumbfounded

Ehh...scan gauge showing me using 38 gallons. Down to 3/4 should be a usage of....47.5. (190/4).

And my sxangauge has been dead on in fuel usage, or one gallon off either way on fillups....

Actually it wouldn't be 190/4. When your needle is at 1/2 mark, you should have 100 gallons, not 95. The 2nd half of the tank is around 90 cause you can only fill to approx 95% capacity.
Same theory with 3/4 tank. You should have 150 gallons. It's only the last 1/4 , they is short and that last one is approx 40 gallons.
So if you fill up completely, you're essentially starting with approx 190 gallons in a 200 gallon container. Once you use 40 gallons, you have 150 left, or 3/4 of 200.

But that's neither here nor there. I'm paying 160 grand for a brand new truck and I expect things to work the way they are supposed to, regardless of what the issue is. I didn't agree to post on a brand new truck minus accurate fuel gauge. That's like agreeing to post on a brand new truck with one slightly off tire.

Scan Gauge can never be accurate due to the APU fuel usage that the ECM doesn't monitor.

I've got a new Cascadia and my fuel Guage has the same issue...I've had it in freightliner and and the sending unit replaced to no avail...I was informed that thesends new trucks have a sonar style sending unit....that's what freightliner told me...the technician..
