I had the BP Xpressway II...biggest POS I ever owned...put me off buying any BP products EVER. Had trouble pairing 1st time (took about a dozen pair/unpair/delete attempts), then, if you walked away with phone in pocket and headset in truck, and forget to turn off the headset(don't like to wear if if I'm not using, and was too bulky to just carry around), it wouldn't re-pair/ reconnect without a fight. I snapped it half and pitched it within 6 months and went back to a 3 year old Jabra Supreme
