Awesome. Thanks for reminding me about the trucks. That's definitely a requirement of mine. Slip-seating is fine for local work, but I won't sleep in a bed that gets swapped every other week. They're supposed to be assigned, or at least that's what the recruiter says

Shop would fix what you wrote up, could stop by the shop and ask them to ping it to save you walking all over the huge lot and they’ll give you vicinity of where they parked it.MSWS Thanks this. -

Can any current or recent drivers for Schneider tell me if they're still requiring sleep studies for some applicants who go to orientation? I was reading some older threads about it, but I haven't come across anything since 2021. I'd ask my recruiter but I'm a liitle nervous that it would be like saying to a cop: "You're not gonna look in the trunk are you?"

MSWS Thanks this.

@MSWS --
Food for thought: you really ought to start a seperate thread in the "Tanker, Bulk, & Dump Trucking" section....and do a sort of "diary" or "journal" of your upcoming experiences with Schneider Bulk--with the onboarding, the training...and beyond.
Tell it all--the good, the bad....and the ugly. No sugar-coating.
--LualMSWS and gentleroger Thank this.
