Does it mean you have to run close to 3200 miles in those 5 days? What % of the gross are you paid?

 

No on the 3500 miles, your choice! % is 65%. I'm in orientation now, 2 days to go, seems to be a really solid program!

 

So the $1.72 mentioned above is after 65%? Meaning the original gross comes to $2.64 average. Seems a bit high for a dry van.

 

It all depends on were you run and the length of haul. Short runs in the north east pay very well.

 

It's a mixed bag of tricks with schneider. Believe me, you will learn the law of averages. When and if you see the load board you will be surprised . There is some VERY good paying freight.... of course you go down the list there is some not so good paying freight, but to answer your question there are lots of loads paying OVER $2 a mile to the truck.

 

Rates right now are sky high. There's more freight then trucks. So rates go up. With the driver shortage it's driving rates up so I believe it.

you run what you want. this week its about 1700 miles and about 3100 in revenue so far thats tuesdat til friday I have not booked past Friday yet.
