Let's play a game.. How many Russian carriers pulling JRayL loads/trailers can you spot without actively looking for them? I'm on #2 now..
Oh, I forgot to mention.. We also have a Arhaus Furniture contract; usually going to FCO in Boston, MA just like you. Not only that.. Two exits up from us on i-40 at the Arhaus DC is a bunch of your trailers too.. lol uh-oh..
You see.. I do have the right company.. As long time employees there is no way you didn't know this was going on.. Those 2018 and 2019 accounts are cooked now for scamming new drivers.. weeezuh ganiuses dey nevuh find out.. lmfaoLast edited: Apr 27, 2025

Ah, now I know what you’re talking about. Yes, you have seen our trailers with Arhaus loads. And yes, there are some sketchy foreign born drivers. But they’re employed by an outfit named MB Logistics that J Rayl subcontracts with. They even lease part of our Sunnyvale, Texas yard. And frankly they suck. You’re absolutely correct about every negative thing that you’ve said in this thread except that you’re talking about a separate company, a separate employer, a separate driver experience. I wish we didn’t do business with them, and I sure as heck wouldn’t work for them myself nor recommend them to anyone as a company to work for. But they aren’t J Rayl Transport.Lonesome Thanks this.

I just have to say, the company name strikes me as funny... MIA express? Missing in action express? What? Are they losing loads left and right because they're out of service is over 30%? Are their trucks being abducted by aliens?
tarmadilo Thanks this. -

That's one of the ghost trucks that don't exist according to the ol' legends of the industry here.. I've never not seen them tear up equipment here..
If I would of known they were "Serbian" I would of never brought up JRayL hiring non English speakers who are bad at driving.... If they are subbing out loads to those carriers it mean they don't pay good and people here are just gaming referral bonuses..
Side note: They are all SAP too, so that guarantees layover and bad rates.. -
What kind of shipper or broker would tender loads to a carrier with such a high OOS rate?
Not the kind whose freight I'd want to haul, that's for sure.
