Seeking Established OTR Team - Nationwide

Job Overview

Pioneer Freight Lines is seeking reliable and skilled drivers to join our team. Applicants should have a co-driver and be part of an established OTR driving team. Our teams typically spend 3+ weeks on the road before going home. All freight is dry van, LTL airfreight. Terminal to terminal, drop and hook, 100% no-touch. No forced dispatch, you choose your own loads. New equipment, well spec'd with lots of options. $0.76/mile split, 5,000+ miles per week average - more is certainly doable. Extra pay available. $1,000 sign on bonus, $250 quarterly safety bonus. No hidden expenses. We pay W2, weekly direct deposit. Insurance options available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe transportation of goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
• Must be 23 years of age.
• Proven experience as a truck driver with a strong driving record.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
• No Felony convictions or DUI's in the last 10 years
• No SAP
• No failed drug tests
