Shameful: North and South Express Threatens Drivers To Stop Complaints

Probably one of the carriers that does not want the driver to comply with the hours in the name of profit.

 

yea Rod should worry more about staying in business than what his ex slaves say about driving for him...Why dont you Rod go break the laws of this nation for me & rob a bank & bring me back the money...

 

Ok now I have to go do a Zabba & Zillow seach on Rod Larson and post his home address on the internet so all the piss off drivers can show up at his door steps..

 

I think it would be funny to write his hometown newspaper with the letter he sent you.

 

Probably be better to contact the local states attorney and forward it to them.

It would give the local guy there heads up to what he threatens to do.

 

I wont,and wouldn't ..just making a blanket statement like Rod there,...basically all kinds of truths,half truths and out right lies are part of the internet...

 

17 drivers and almost three quarters of the company is showing to be beyond HOS. Granted the statistics are for 2011. Any idea what it is currently? If there are that many drivers that are beyond their HOS, that begs the question of what their DM's are doing.

 

I'm in no way defending this outfit, but if you look at the post counts of the pro and con posters, it appears likely this is a personal peeing contest. Sam, you said the pro comments all come from one IP, what about the negatives? Because most of them are very low count posters, too.

That said, threatening to release private data is enough to convince me that this idiot isn't worth ever considering for any business transaction, job or otherwise. What a clown!

 

Instead of making hollow threats he should come and post his side of the story. I rather judge based on both sides than just one sided stories.
