I'm guessing he's talking "his" rally theirs. Sounds like your dealing with a jack wad honestly. Primes a starter company.

Yeah that's what I got from him right from the start when he basically didn't listen to me and chimes in and talks about nonsense and when ever he feels like. -
If they have a lack of respect for you when they are recruiting you, what reason do you have to think they'd treat you any differently once you're hired? I've never worked there, so I don't know...but as a general rule of thumb, if you don't respect me enough to listen to my questions and answer them during the recruitment process, I'm not going to work for you. If all you want to do is read from your corporate-approved script, I'm simply not interested in what you're selling.Joetro, G13Tomcat, 123456 and 1 other person Thank this.

Titan Transfer is starting their own cdl school. Full size trucks and governed to 65 until you have 12 months with them, then they turn it up to 70.

I saw prime starts @40 what's titan start off with? And any prime driver want my referral before I call them today?

Prime starts at 41 cpm, but cpm is a part of the overall compensation package. Ask about average miles per week for new drivers, what bonuses do they offer (Fuel, safety, ontime, etc), as well as how many achieve the targets. Then there is health insurance, Company A may charge you $25 a week, Company B maybe charge you $50 a week. 401K, when are you eligible, and is there matching or contributions made on my behalf? While cpm is nice, being paid 38 cpm and averaging 2,800 miles a week, compared to 41 cpm and 1,800 miles a week is vastly different when you look at your bottom line.
