So today we got a message sent to us our North East Division based just a tad south of Boston is a little short handed and needs some temporary help.
Basic duties would probably be running routes with maybe maybe maybe a wee wee wee bit of night transit thrown in for good measure, but I'm pretty sure it would be mostly running routes. I don't like doing blind routes so I have no idea why this appeals to me, maybe because it's a different far away land and I do like to live life to the fullest and I haven't seen the north east since 1997 and this would be an experience that is for sure.
However that being said I'm not real hip on running a route in Down Town Boston, the traffic situation up there from my understanding can be horrific any thoughts?
Should I help the North East Division (Boston)?

Well, it would be a learning experience for sure. i have run downtown Boston, doing food service.
i can say, for me personally, the most difficult place is actually Philadelphia----due to all the low bridges. Most of the Northeast big cities can and do suck, but if your sense of adventure is there and you take your time and always get out and look whenever in doubt then you'll do ok.
Let's put it this way: i don't think you will miss out on anything if you DON'T go and help...............Mike2633 Thanks this. -

Had a chance to go to la not long ago and make big bucks..... turned it down didn't think the big city was ready for a simple country boy like me lol but if I was in your shoes mike I'd go just eat cheap and save your preduum.

I'd rather do nyc than bean town and @Russian Rabbit is right about philly screw that place. In nyc being 13'2 I know what bridges that are posted 12-something that I can fit under

@Mike2633 GFS is lucky to have you for even considering going to Boston to run routes. It would be an awesome experience if you're considering advancing your career with the company, but other than that I see no benefit in doing it (unless they're paying you double!).
