Then you're not in a position to be making demands. Bite down on the pillow and stick it out for a year. Remember, you agreed to whatever terms you're getting from CR England and if they paid for your CDL School you made a deal with them. You'll have better options and be in a much better position after a year.

Let's say you jump ship with a month in and your new company doesn't work out for some reason. Then you've jumped ship twice in <3 mos. The list of companies willing to hire you will get shorter and shorter with that kind of job hopping. Heaven forbid you get into a minor accident/incident. CRE will keep you around because they've invested in your training and want you to complete your contract. Company B will dump you in a heartbeat and you'll be back here looking for a job with two months of experience with two different companies and an accident on your DAC! Good luck finding a, "driving job" that doesn't involve wearing a wig and a dress after that!
