I need help in making a decision to either stay or quit my Company I work for. I have been with the Company for almost 2 years. The pros are the pay and benefits are great. The cons are bad management, poor equipment which breaks down or gets I will call patch fixed, heavy lifting when unloading which is putting strain on my body, live about an hour from the plant.

If it involves your health and safety yeah by all means leave just make sure you have another job lined up before you do leave though.

Everything throughout life is a series of compromises. Try and find the job compromise that makes you not mind going to work every day, and keeps the rest of your life "comfortable".

I'd say go. Money is nice but once your body's broke it's over. Not worth it, imo.

Sounds like ya half way out the door already.

If jobs are easy to come by where ya live then quit.

Find something else to get into. If your body is breaking under the lumping and driving, get out.

I have. It's a shame, any company can improve retention by going to drop hook or no driver unload.

If you're asking that question then you know in the back of your mind you have already decided to go. So just say it out loud , time to move on.
