They repeatedly said in orientation to scale every load regardless of what the b/l says, so he is just following directions.

Gets annoying working with rookies.. Just today our accounting department sends a message saying a lot of drivers are submitting bols without customer signing it and not even giving them the paperwork. Thinking they will get paid anyway.. ain't that trucking 101? Can't say Ive ever done that before but I will say Mickey mouse has worked quite of few deliveries I have been too.. Lol

I don’t care if they tell somebody to drive off the Grand Canyon if somebody doesn’t have enough common sense in brain matter to figure out that you have to scale an 8000 pound load they shouldn’t be driving a #### truck

    Long FLD Thanks this.

Maybe he's pissed at the company and wants to spend some of their money

I get a fair number of loads that I have to message Op's about because the temps don't match. Maybe he was in a hurry to get the load moving and didn't want to wait for dispatch. 2 degrees shouldn't hurt that load.

You can’t complain about him setting the temperature wrong, if you’re complaining that he did what he was told, and scaled the load.

I’ve been in Lincoln orientation two times in a row and they said 30,000 pounds so obviously they’re not on the same page
