    Creffer seems to enjoy...sending customer an email about problems with a load....instead of just calling and getting it fixed quickly

    I only communicate with my AM ...over peoplenet..and no longer over the phone..after she called my terminal..saying my tone was too harsh and mean..on the phone

    Awwww, you have a precious entitled Princess for a dispatcher...I would tell her to suck it up and join the adult world. My 1st tour with Crete, Deland would get emails just about every Monday from weekend dispatch because of my lack of harshness filter. Your dispatcher would probably wear out the keyboard, in tears, sending emails to her on a daily basis if I were on her board.
