This morning was the third time in the last 2 weeks my Drivewyze shut down. I wish one of the updates that pop up would fix it so it doesn't turn itself off.

I've made a habit of rebooting my tablet every morning before pretrip. That takes care of my DriveWyze issues. Hardest part was actually getting into the habit...lol

Since Bestpass owns them, you would think they would devise their own all in one stand alone unit to compete with Prepass and get as far away from Peoplenet as possible.

“Predictive Cruise”. I hate it. My ‘22 didn’t have it, the ‘26 I’m in now does. The -4 is how far below the set speed before it gives it throttle again.

Management pisses and moans about how much they spend on fuel...so much so that they're starting to give us fuel solutions for our reefer (even saying to only put single digit gallons in, like that will save anything)...but, they waste money on useless inspections. I had my service done in Lincoln on Thursday (which includes an inspection). Friday morning, when I fueled at the yard, another fuel island inspection. Today, I fueled in Lenoir City, you guessed it, another fuel island inspection. How much more money do they waste paying 2 or 3 grease monkeys to stand around waiting to look over trucks, especially ones like mine that have now been inspected by them 3 out of the last 4 days...and they do the inspection with a tablet, so they can easily see that this truck has been looked at days ago...so why do it again and again and again. If anybody in Lincoln says anything to me about idle time and how much fuel it wastes, I won't stop cussing them out until they hang up on me.

I think they do the inspections when the shop doesnt have enough work. So at least theyre doing something and not just sitting. Or possibly if our csa score is dipping.

On another note, these reefer fuel solutions are completely pointless and garbage. Last load, initial fuel solution had me putting 1 gallon in early, then fill the truck midway, then top off the reefer at a 3rd stop just before final. It was a 6-700mi load with a 55 s/s temp setting. I got going and sent the new fuel solution request, got one to just fill everything right before final.
