I asked my asset manager yesterday in Lincoln regarding that and he said it’s certain accounts like Tyson and a couple other high profile accounts that they’ve been having issues with…

To be honest, this company is not the only company having issues with the quality of workers… It’s an Epidemic nationwide in in all sorts of industries because there are people that simply either just don’t wanna work or if they get a job they’d rather slash on the job and don’t care… Finding a worker these days is not a problem to an extent finding one that’s actually worth a darn anymore is like trying to find a needle in a haystack

2 Walmart DCs that have had these signs out for 2yrs and yet still having trouble..pay isn’t the issue it’s work ethic and many want to sit on their pompous behinds and do nothing and get paid.

But with the cost of living up there, that isn't that great of a pay rate. When I was broke down up in Cheyenne the last time I was with Shaffer, they called me an Uber to take me from the DC back to the company hotel and it was $60. Granted it was during Covid, but $60 for 15 min of driving? That's $240/hr for an Uber that used less than a gallon of gas.

Well, the fuel solution for reefer fuel is back. The last load and the 2 re-solution requests had 0 reefer fuel recommendations. This load, my final fuel stop is Mechanicsburg and it has me fueling the reefer twice once for 15 gal, the second for 30. Problem is, I won't be there until sometime tomorrow and I am under 1/2 tank of reefer with a 0° load. Looks like I get to be more of a malcontent and say F the system and just put reefer fuel in where I want.

Don’t know why you haven’t done that to begin with instead of fussing about for a month.
