    I may have resolved my opti-idle issue without the need for a shop. On the way home last week, I removed the cover over the sleeper control panel, then unplugged the sensor and control unit. Let them sit unplugged for 30 seconds, then plugged them back in. Plus, built a heat sheild out of Gorilla tape over the sensor so that it only picks up the temps from the lower bunk. Since then, it has operated like it should. Not sure which did the trick, but it's cycling like it should now...so far...

    Seems like all these newer trucks have some sort of wiring harness issue also. I’m having problems with mine at just 200K.
