Next load preplanned...pick up a 3 stopper in Greeley going to Chicago (inside the city limits), Melrose Park and Dupo, IL. And you can tell that the person making appointments in Lincoln has no idea what rush hour traffic is....my 1st stop, 8 am Monday morning in Chicago, almost to the 55/90 jct., and no overnight parking. Heck, the only time there is traffic in Lincoln is when they have a home game during football season, or when farmer Johnson's cows get out of the pasture again...

I was in an open dock area. Did not have to back into the building.

Don't forget about the Greater I 55 in Bolingbrook near Chicago. You have to pay to park, but great folks in the restaurant.

That is one place I had considered. Just about the closest place that would have any parking, I think google maps said it was 51 miles from my 1st stop.

According to the latest scripted Q&A video posted on YouTube, it does appear that they are gradually rolling out Drivewyze to the whole fleet. I am just wondering, if the driver is already using Prepass (at their own expense) are they gonna require them to stop once their truck's Drivewyze gets fully activated? And if not, and the driver is using both systems...what happens when one system says pull in and the other says bypass...

I would think the company issued one is the one to use.

If one says pull in and the other bypass - you pull in.

I've always gone with Prepass, that way if pulled over you have evidence of the bypass being granted

    Jarhed1964 Thanks this.

Drivewyze has a log too - and it's not time dependent. Mine still has the record from the last drivewyze I went past in march.

    Jarhed1964 and Winnyf1 Thank this.
