I tbink I figured out what was jinxing me on that GM load out of Social Circle. I was putting my mega lock on BEFORE I reached the gate. This morning, drove in, picked the load up, wrote down the seal and cleared the gate without any problems. Then I put my lock on the back , sent in my load call and was on my way, no muss, no fuss.
JoeyJunk, Speed_Drums, O.Henry and 2 others Thank this. -
I typically don't throw a lock on until I get parked for the night.

I was thinking the exact same thing.Wasted Thyme Thanks this. -
Never used the crete locks. Gave them to a driver that left his at a customer and even when I left I was never charged on my final check for them like they said I would be when I picked them up.
However I feel like they want their money now cause they put me on a cpap machine that cost me $900. Have to spend a night in the hotel for the results before they clear me to start driving.baha, Lonesome and Jarhed1964 Thank this. -
The locks usually come out of your checks after a few weeks...you only get most of the money back if/when you return them, but they charge you for a new set, but only return the price of a used set because, well, they're supposed to be used on every load.Winnyf1 and Jarhed1964 Thank this. -
Had a driver tell me at a truck stop that I didn’t have my lock on back.
I told him Gosh Darn it,that’s the third one to fall off this week.
I was on a same day p/u and drop.Jarhed1964 Thanks this. -
If I do have sleep apnea then I'm glad I got it. Hard to make heads or tails of the study results but what they pointed out was that my oxygen dropped as slow as 82% at one point and I was having on average 16 events an hour.
If that's what they call a minor case of sleep apnea then I wonder what the results of someone with a severe case looks like.
Tried laying down with it and ran it for an hour. I can already tell it will take me a bit to get use to it.Midwest Trucker and Lonesome Thank this.
