Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

I didn’t think I had it. I didn’t have most of the symptoms. I fought it, but my wife talked me into submitting to the sleep study.
I averaged 36 events an hour. I was shocked.
Within 3 nights I was completely used to the mask. I sleep like a baby now. I used to average 5 hrs of sleep a night. Now I average 7.5 …. I average less then 1 event per hrs (5 is normal). I always said I wasn’t tired during the day…. But now I see that I was and didn’t know any different…

I think I need to lower the pressure...doc has it set so it can go to max if need be which is pressure 20!

Was trying the mask again on day 2 and after 3 hours of no sleep it jumped to 14 and I ripped that sucker off! Had no power to blow back against the pressure and in that short time all that air went down my throat and I'm still burping over 12 hours later.

Almost was up for 2 straight days but finally managed to fall asleep but without the mask. So now I'm just watching TV for 4 hours to meet regulation until my body gets use to it.

Also on my first load. Of course it's monkey chow that was dropped at the terminal going up to Denvor, CO for 8am del tomorrow.

I really hope this warehouse houses multiple customers cause the address is to Americool but the customer on the bills is someone else that also uses the same address. The reviews say it takes 12+ hours to get unloaded at that americool...but good unload times for this customer.

 

Americold is a third party warehousing company. Odds are you're aiming at the right spot.

 

Yah one review was complaining on how they have 2 port-a-johns for 100 trucks lol.

Maybe they will reject a box of monkey chow and let me keep it. I'm on a mission to lose 30lbs fast and need me some bulk fruit.
