Made it to my first stop 3 hours past appointment and with just 20 minutes left on 70. Surprisingly customer got me a door right away but now I play the waiting game on when they will actual start unloading.
Now I either have to run around LA looking for parking or just PC up I5 till I come to a big truck stop but those don't appear until I clear the city.
Also your favorite snack! Some flatbeds getting loaded right next door to me

My breakdown pay did stop Saturday morning...I got a whopping $50.63 breakdown pay...that's when I was told they were charging me for motel room...even though breakdown had paid for motel room thru Monday...I'm starting to agree with SSB...more and more about CrefferLast edited: Sep 13, 2021

This proves to me that this company does stuff just to #### with a driver. Last week, when I was offered two back to back preplans, I said no to the one that I couldn't do, and yes to the one I could do. Then I got into the big pissing contest with my asset mismanager, and basically said no more multiple preplans, or I will say no to both. Fast forward to today...my PTA is set for Weds at 0600, I have to wait until after 16:00 to pick up my current load that goes to the other side of Cincinnati for tomorrow...they send me 2 preplans, both with delivery dates for tomorrow(one goes to Edwardsville, IL)....why do I set a PTA anyway...my PTA is for Wednesday, not tomorrow.
*Update* they finally got the hint...off both loads and on a Morse Rd load going to Richmond. Pu Wed...I wonder how long it'll take them to figure out that basically, I am on cruise control, just phoning it in until after my vacation pay is available...my guess is -never-.Last edited: Sep 13, 2021

I've been duped!!!!! I told them that I don't want to deal with Tyson because of their mandatory vaccine mandate...I was sent to Pierre Foods in Claremont NC...and what sign do I see at the entrance? TYSON

My truck broke down on a Saturday in Wyoming, and I was able to limp into a P-Lot.
The mechanic came out said he had to order the part, and he’d have it going first thing Monday morning.
Break down got me a room Saturday night, and on Sunday said I had to swap trucks or BD pay stops.
I am parked at aP-lot,and they wanted me to leave my truck there, which would of been fixed in less than 24 hours for another truck.
I paid for Sunday night,and at 0730 Monday morning I was rolling.Midwest Trucker, Speed_Drums, Jarhed1964 and 4 others Thank this. -
Walmart must be hurting for drivers

Just curious. In what way is using TS Transflo faster or easier than the app? The Transflo app is better than both the Cat app and jelly sandwiches combined. Well, maybe only jelly. That Cat app is kinda nice too

SSB might be the Transflo truckstop kiosk ... just to mess with LincolnJarhed1964, Lonesome and supersnackbar Thank this.

Eeeeeeeexactly
because after all the micromanaging, broke down junk equipment, micromanaging, piss poor planning, micromanaging, ignorance in the Op's department, micromanaging...and spending millions of our hard earned profits on some stupid event building only the muckety-mucks will use, I refuse to donate one kilobyte of data to save them one stinkin dime until they start reimbursing us for our cell phone usage. Or provide me with a company phone (or instead of adding navigation to the Peoplenet like they hinted about a few videos ago, add scanning to the system instead. There's a button grayed out for it on our units already, and the tablet has a camera. Oh wait THEY would have to pay more for that in increased data usage than a truckstop kiosk charges, so that's out)Last edited: Sep 13, 2021
