In last week's propaganda Creffer video...Aschoff mentions a driver named Kurt..who got 42,000 miles last quarter??? ..that driver must live in the truck..and never go home ...I'm just not that motivated

He would have had to average 3500 miles a week for the entire quarter I just don’t see how that is completely feasible… when I heard him say that I called BS…

Has the mileage pay increase gone into effect for anyone?

Should I make a change for my last year of trucking? If I do it’s solely based on money. I could care less about micromanaging. My only concern would be the trucks. Based on Snackbar’s trials and tribulations, I’m a little gun shy.

Only cause it was straight water in the bucket,I sprayed some simple green on my windshield, and it worked better than anything I’ve used before, and it was coated in bugs.

Appearantly we have a vastly different definition of micromanagement. I consider the barage of reminder messages we get with every load to do everything but wipe our butt after dropping a dillybar and breathing to be micromanaging. Things that every 1st year driving school graduate learned to do the 1st week of class we get reminded about. Remember to: put your lock on, scale the load, take your lock off, don't speed in construction zones, get a Walmart sticker or stamp on DC loads, FL's bridge law it 41'(on every FL load), CA's bridge law is 40' (on every Cali load), your going thru a state with tire chain laws-make sure you have the required chains(on every west coast load), here is when we say your PTA is, here are your hours(every day), remember to certify you logs, this is a high priority load (2 or 3x on certain loads)...etc, etc, etc. The micromanaging is real, just isn't always verbal or a direct message from someone in the office... A lot if it is precanned into every load or as a daily reminder message.

If those bother you consistently, then I don’t know what to say because I simply ignore them
    Like they don’t exist…
