Stay outta Mechanicsburg brought it in for service a and pax extended cab vertical rubber crap replacement...without telling me they replaced the windshield due to a small chip and broke my dash cam holders I got 10 bucks but I'm not home till December but best part is in shop for 2 days I get it back within 1 hour my engine won't start at a loves fuel solution...breakdown has me switch off the kill switch switch 30 min...ohh it starts I ask is it safe should I bring it into the shop to be safe no your good I get to shipper pharmacy run and the fker won't start at the entrance get with a line of truckers behind me honking...a two comes to the shipper and tightens the battery bolts to tell me it's a battery connection issue someone didn't tighten the screws and the. Battery connection wasn't intact...Bteakdown has me bobtail back to Mechanicsburg shop to be safe to find out there's some fuses blown and they replaced the starter ignition button...I won't go into the blow up the night desk guy had when he said he reserved a hotel for me but 30 min
Go by and I call the motel to get a shuttle van eta to find our no reservation or anything was made...I go back to ask and he blows up...its better to call breakdown yourself and book a hotel cause these workers don't care about how long we've been driving of we are hungry it was also raining hard...anyways stick to lenoir city! Hope they don't shove the Loaner bs on u and u get your truck back...best of luck

655E5BA2-185A-4522-A7F5-3388CCE458B4.jpeg Well it looks like my first breakdown, other then a tire. This is DEF and within 5 minutes of parking. Going to be attempting delivery and scooting up to the LV fl dealership…. Anyone know what I should expect?

I dunno how to say this without the mods not liking it.. ever heard the term “dropping the soap” in regards to jail house showers? Probably like that, minus the soap. Hope I’m wrong tho! Good luck!

looks about like the puddle under my truck when it's DEF started leaking.(it was dripping out of an opening at the bottom of the metal bracket at the bottom of the tank, so I couldn't see if it was a pump, one of the lines or the tank itself)...and I still don't have my truck back, and today is 2 weeks (although they knew I was gonna be off for my wife's surgery, so I don't know how much of a rush they were in to fix it). I bet if you look at the front of your diffs and all along the left side frame, you'll see that they are now coated with a nice white coating of dried DEF fluid.

*Update...you may be done quicker than my 2 weeks. I called last Monday, it had just been pulled in. Called breakdown this morning before Freightliner opened, and they said the work order in the company system has been closed. I called Freightliner once they opened, and he had to hunt for my paperwork because it has been done for a while, but nobody called me.

I actually almost ran out of def in the middle of nowhere AZ… thought I just wasn’t paying attention. Now it’s all on the pavement by my truck. But I did see everything looking all frosty Behind the side skirts

At least it wasn't like the KW's where they have a huge backorder on parts and they just deactivate the sensor and make your truck run dirty.

Looks like I'm going to need to keep an eye on tcall loads.

Got a automatic msg saying to turn in paperwork for one of my loads that confused me. Load is from 3 weeks ago. Was a pretty big run from Houston to California that I tcalled at delivery(delivery warehouse is also a drop yard). Left all bills with trailer like I usually do.

Now going through my paystubs and I found I was not paid for that load. That's a good chunk of $$ missing. Need to get with someone to see if I can still be paid on said load even if I don't have the bills for it. If not I will be sad. :(
