Did you scan in a trip sheet for it?

They told us in orientation, on t-calls, to scan the trip sheet and any receipts in, just no BOL. I always note where I t-called in the comments box.

O.Henry, Lonesome and drvrtech77 Thank this.

Will see come morning what they say. Not really a big issue cause I still made $1300/net that week, however I would of made another $500 if that load was on it.

Only issue I could see for crete is the customer delivered that load so they probably didn't send any bills and maybe they didn't pay them cause no bills.

If you're routinely in the habit of pulling out five hundred-dollar bills and setting them on fire I would be chill about it and not make a fuss to management.

What done is done. No harm in asking if it still possible to get paid but if not, no big issue. Live and learn.

I know some drivers who would quit in a heart beat or just refuse to move their trucks till paid, even if they were at fault. I'm not one for drama.

As long as you scan in a trip sheet for it, it should be paid (putting the dates you did the load). That detention time I screwed up a while back was paid 3 weeks after the original pay date I was expecting it on. I'm surprised they waited this long to send you a message. If I am over 24 hrs after my empty call(or t-call canned message) on the Peoplenet I get a reminder message.

I was surprised as well. I have a stack of bills in my truck from all my loads, that I keep for 1 year just in case. When I couldn't find that load sheet I realized it must of been one I tcalled.

Went through 4 weeks of pay stubs and found a huge gap. Went from delivering to Texas then suddenly I'm picking up in Cali. Good 1000+ mile run missing. Sent a trip sheet for it yesterday. Don't remember trailer number but good old Google has told me where I've been for everyday the past year so have the dates correct.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

If it was within 6 months, you can go back on your logs online for one of those days you were under the load and check the trailer number.
