Driver was running around that corner fast. Half naked man was running out of his truck yelling at that Driver who hit him.

At least the Driver put pants on. Another time a guy pulled out of his spot hard and the rear of his trailer crushed the side mirror and just took off. Guy got out and chased after the guy butt naked

It looks like the flatbed is not in a painted parking space.

    A) it's a flatbed B) it's a Peterbilt...it's a well known belief that Peterbilt's pulling flatbeds are allowed to park anywhere they want (or so it seems)

If I remember correctly from when I first posted that image in its own thread. Illegally parked flatbedder was deemed not at fault by the cops that showed up. Mostly people agreed, illegal or not, doesn't excuse someone for hitting you.

That truck stop also has a bad issue and no enforcement for those who like to make spots. It gets so bad the ONLY way to get around that corner is to go through the scale cause the turning lane is full of parked trucks.

Bumper, nredfor88 and O.Henry Thank this.

As long as you have the 4 way flashers on, you are allowed to park your 18 wheels anywhere. At least that's what I was told....

I wonder why they even bothered to show up. Unless he tried to leave the scene. Non injury parking lot traffic accidents rate right up there with cats in trees.

    dwells40 and runningman0661 Thank this.

If it were in TN the state troopers have to show up. When I was at Moore, a trainee for some St. Louis dry van company backed into the side of my conestoga, tearing a panel. I called the cops and they transferred me to the regional trooper post who dispatched a DOT SUV trooper. Even in parking lots, contact between commercial vehicles, even minor backing accidents, have to be investigated by the big boy storm troopers.

O.Henry, dwells40 and Bumper Thank this.

The people at this Walmart DC don't know how to stack...how was it good idea to put a pallet on top of another that isn't squared. 20211112_005445.jpg
