Now this is how a load should work. Loading time, under 30 min from pulling in the gate to pulling out the gate. Delivery, almost the same. At pickup, after loading, when light turns green, pull up, paperwork and seal is/are in the back of the trailer. At delivery, security breaks the seal at the gate and puts their paperwork with yours in the back of the trailer. Once you get the green light, you're done, and signed paperwork is back in the back of the trailer. We need more customers like this!!!! I had big plastic drums of some flavor of Coca Cola® fountain drink syrup that handled a little like a baffled tanker, but they were shrink wrapped and banded together, then banded to pallets so no drama could take place.

I know a few shippers and receivers who could learn from this. Recently I picked up a load of red bull in Baytown TX and they had me stand by my door as they loaded me. Normally they make you take boards off the pallets before they load it on but there was already a guy doing that at my door.... didn’t see the point of having me up there in the first place.

Well, if one of them was of a certain race that has a stereotype of being gifted below the belt...I'd say he was helping control the anaconda... but neither is, so they must be really good buddies to help each other like that. :biggrin_2551:

I am hauling a load of poopie paper in a reefer. After hours sent me a message asking why my reefer was off. I politely asked what temp they would like me to set the reefer for to keep the toilet paper cool.(load instructions clearly say, Commodity-Dry Freight All Kinds)...thought maybe it's some kind of special paper for hemorrhoids that helps cool the old ejection port.
