No. I believe that he mentioned that Christmas was a non negotiable. He will be home to be with his grandchildren.

 

I traveled home (Ocala) from Nashville today, absolutely fearing the worst, and I was completely surprised. Only tapped the brakes in McDonough, the rest was a breeze. Merry Christmas @supersnackbar

Im usually never home to wrap gifts so I was never asked to. This year I was almost threatened to. I made it through 3 and was relieved of my duties. I asked why. She said all I did for the entire 10 minutes was complain about it. Told me I run my mouth more than an F ing woman. I continued to argue and said next year it would be nice if we had two pairs of scissors. She then chucked a roll of paper at me like a spear.

 

Glad you made it home to perform your Santa duties Snackbar. Our grandkids spent the night so I'm up early doing the same. Merry Christmas to all the rest of you cats also!

 

Guess it's a white Christmas in this part of Idaho. Was just 70 miles to my chosen stopping point for a 650 mile day when a snowstorm comes blowing in. Went from perfect visibility and clear roads to all white and 100 ft visibility in about 10 minutes. Roads disappeared under the snow and a a few trucks were claimed by the ditch.

Rolled it into this small Loves that was so overfilled that if you had a spot, you weren't getting out of it. Not cause you don't want to run in no blizzard but because trucks have completely blocked you in.

Parking here is like a horseshoe, and trucks have parked in both the entrance and exit of it blocking everyone who got a spot in.

Managed to make me a spot in the bobtail parking section with a trailer...
