Never took vacation so don't know how the dates work. Perhaps it was put in then and now just paid? Made his weekly check high but 120k gross per year is really nice.

Our vacation check shows our hire date. I just got my last week of vacation and it shows 04/13 on the paystub which is my hire date.

We struggle to find people that actually want to stay out long periods of time, are willing to work, and willing to hang chains vs being shut down for days.Last edited: Jan 1, 2022

I made $98K this year and my base rate is 56 cpm. $122,000 is very conceivable.

I have no problem with Daseke per say, as long as the company is a good place to work...unlike We-lye -

Ended up bobtailing all the way to the Nashville yard from W. Memphis to pick up a load to Edwardsville. Rain...rain and more rain until I got past Jackson, TN...then more rain coming out of Nashville.
And after I looked at the t-call message...they actually removed 20 miles, not added 20 on that McLane load. But, the lesser miles took it down into the 'short haul' range, so the difference isn't all that much...not enough to ##### about. -
MACK E-6, newbietrucker91 and Frank Speak Thank this.
