I spoke with a fellow Shaffer driver who has much more experience over 30 years and he said it's illegal to even ask drivers that question, it's invasive to our private medical records...idk if they don't want me on their property send a yard dog to the truck stop and we can swap trailers I won't get the death jab but that was a first for me usually the questions are not that aggressive, suggestive and personal...

 

Yeah, no. It's illegal for your doctor to give that info out to a 3rd party. Absolutely legal to ask you though.
