    Slightly? :)

reboot the unit into safe mode and uninstall it. That's what will happen if they ever force it on mine

Well, truck is out of the shop. They couldn't find anything wrong with the On-Guard, and said it is aligned. Bunk heater fired up and ran for them (because I already had it warmed up). Told them it shut down and gave me a red light last night, then cleared itself and fired itself back up. It still takes 3 attempts to fire up and run before it stays on when it's been off a while...but they said it was fine. So, let's hope spring is right around the corner and I won't need it.

I’ve got my own which Is mounted on my windshield, which allows me to look at it without loosing sight of what’s in front of me.
To use the PN,you have to turn your focus away from the windshield, and I no like that.

    RussianBearTruckeR Thanks this.

Some drivers go all the way for their tv.....
I'm just sitting in my truck waiting for dispatch to find a load home and this guy brings out a whole dish with a stand and sets it up right outside his truck.

Always assumed them dishes could only be set up in one place and any moving required you to call a tech everytime to set it up.

Dish TV has an app. Log into your account, enter the zipcode of the nearest town/city and your location is automatically updated in your account. Takes about a minute for the update to happen.

I have a dome/dish setting at home. Might reactivate it sometime. Just need a new Wally reciever. Kinda miss having TV in the middle of nowherr

They have dishes that automatically scan the sky and connect to the satellites, and they even have dishes that auto-track while in motion. Some trucking companies include satellite tv in their company trucks with the dish unit mounted to the back of the sleeper.
